近期,在AR路由上创建多WAN口并使用PPPOE拨号的时候。遇到如下问题
第一个口始终是可以拨号的,但是第二个口却一直无法拨号。
简述下排查过程。
1.检查物理接口状态是否正常

根据状态可知物理连接是正常的。

上述接口配置和接口绑定无误。
3.日志系统是否开启,检查账号密码是否正确

发现并无有关拨号信息的日志。
4.通过在PPPoE Client查看PPPoE会话的概要信息

Dialer2始终处于空闲状态,client-mac地址相同,但因为在三层口下并且2个WAN并不处于同一个子网中,所以并不影响
5.开启debug信息收集查看状态

始终没有有关Dialer2接口的信息。
5.查看接口和IP相关简要信息

这里则会发现一个问题,Dialer2 接口的物理状态为 ^down 。将配置文件发与AR攻城狮后了解到,因为开启了接口备份功能,导致 Dialer2 处于shutdown状态。将接口备份删除后系统状态恢复正常。
